We value our eyes, ears, lungs, fingers and toes at Dicastglass Studio!  So we take safety very seriously.

Safety Products used in the Glass Casting Studio

We use disposable gloves for mould making and messy work.  Safety glasses and ear muffs are required when using machinery.  A quality apron is a must for mould making and glass finishing / polishing.

Respirators for Glass Casting

A quality face respirator is absolutely mandatory when mixing dry materials for moulding.  Remember to always wear a respirator when de-moulding / di-vesting after the kiln process.
